Procedura di prenotazione
La procedura di prenotazione è suddivisa in step. Di seguito le istruzioni per la compilazione.

Step1: Selezione del numero di partecipanti
In questo step puoi decidere quante persone includere nella prenotazione che stai effettuando. Non importa se le persone sceglieranno lo stesso tipo di sistemazione (tenda, bungalow..), questa informazione potrà essere inserita più avanti.

Step2: Inserimento dati dei partecipanti
Per ogni partecipante incluso nella prenotazione che stai effettuando, dovrai inserire un Nickname (in modo da poter identificare la presona), un indirizzo email (importante per poter inviare al partecipante tutte le comunicazioni), dovrai selezionare il gruppo di appartenenza (in caso il gruppo non sia già stato inserito, potrai aggiungerlo selezionando "altro / other" nell'elenco). La selezione del giorno di arrivo al raduno è importante per poter applicare i prezzi corretti. Una volta compilati tutti i dati, potrai avanzare al prossimo step cliccando su "Next".

Step3: Selezione dei gadget
Per ogni partecipante incluso nella prenotazione che stai effettuando, potrai scegliere se acquistare o meno il pacchetto gadget che contiene la tshirt raduno. Nella selezione, potrai scegliere tra la tshirt da uomo o da donna e la relativa taglia.

Step4: Selezione del tipo di pacchetto
Per ogni partecipante, devi selezionare il tipo di pacchetto desiderato cliccando sulle figure. I prezzi riportati su questa videata, sono relativi al numero di giorni selezionati per quel partecipante.

Step5: Selezione della stanza o della piazzola
Per ogni partecipante, in funzione della scelta del tipo di sistemazione che hai fatto nello step4, dovrai scegliere un posto tra quelli disponibili che verranno visualizzati. In caso di prenotazioni contemporanee, potresti vedere un lucchetto affianco ad una sistemazione, questo serve ad indicare che un'altra persona sta prenotando quella stanza, ti consigliamo di scegliere un'altra stanza (o piazzola). Attenzione, non è possibile inserire nella stessa camera persone che arriveranno al raduno in giorni diversi. Per facilitare la gestione delle camere, ti preghiamo di evitare il più possibile di lasciare stanze parzialmente libere. In ogni caso, le sistemazioni non complete, restano a disposizione per essere condivise con altri partecipanti.

Step6: Riepilogo e conferma
In questo step potrai visualizzare il riepilogo delle selezioni effettuate e la tabella dei costi relativi. Se hai la necessità di effettuare delle variazioni, puoi tornare agli step precedenti utilizzando il tasto "< PREV".

Reservation precedure
The booking procedure is divided into steps. Here you can find instructions for filling.

Step1: Select the number of participants
In this step you can decide how many partecipants include in the reservation you are making. It does not matter if people will choose the same type of accommodation (tent, bungalow ..), this information can be inserted later.

Step2: Input data of the participants
For each participant included in the reservation that you are making, you will need to enter a nickname (so you can identify the preson), an email address (important to be able to send all communications to the participant), you will need to select the group (if the group has not already been entered, you can add it by selecting "Other" in the list). Selecting the day of arrival at the gathering is important to apply the correct prices. Once compiled all the data, you can advance to the next step by clicking on "Next".

Step3: Selection of gadgets
For each participant included in the reservation that you are making, you can choose whether or not to buy the gadget package that contains the rally tshirt. In the selection, you can choose between the men's or women's tshirt, and its size.

Step4: Select the type of package
For each participant, you have to select the type of package you want by clicking on the figures. The prices shown on this screen, refer to the number of days selected for that participant.

Step5: Select the room or the pitch
For each participant, depending on the choice of the type of accommodation that you did in step4, you will need to choose a place among those available will be displayed. For reservations contemporary, you may see a padlock next to accommodation, this is done to show that another person is booking the room, you'll want to choose a different room (or pitch). Caution, you can't put in the same room people who come to the rally on different days. To facilitate the management of rooms, please avoid as much as possible to leave rooms partially free. In any case, if the accommodation is not complete, will be available to be shared with other participants.

Step6: Summary and confirmation
In this step you can see the table of the selections made and a summary of costs. If need to make the changes, you can return the above steps using the "PREV" button.
